This ‘must attend’ workshop examines contemporary issues, challenges and best practice around the Digital Disclosure regime.
The day will be operationally focussed and is aimed at investigators who want to enhance and develop their understanding of their roles of responsibilities in relation to the disclosure of digital material.
It will include:
