Best practice and strategies around Victim management and considerations in Financial Investigations, 9 July 2025
Latest in our series of ‘must attend’ CPD events aimed at financial investigators and those working in a financial role.
Provides financial investigators and those involved in proactive investigations and prevention with essential operational best practice around key considerations and management of victims in all financial crimes.
Engaging effectively with these victims is central to any financial crime investigation and understanding how to do so in a manner which will benefit both them and the investigation is an important part of the skillset of any investigator.
Many victims of financial crime are repeatedly targeted and so this workshop will also explore some of the ways in which victims can protect themselves moving forward to prevent this from happening to them again in the future.
We’ll also consider the misunderstandings, common mistakes and pitfalls that investigators make around victim consideration and management and provide key guidance.
The workshop is part of our regular series of CPD to provide financial investigators and those working in a financial role with contemporary best practice and guidance to help inform their work.
